Order, Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pre-Order. All products are made and delivered on 'pre-order' as we stand for “QUALITY OVER QUANTITY” 

Shipping  & Delivery Fee. This is calculated at Checkout and is dependent on your delivery location.

Order Confirmation. As soon as your payment is successful, your order will be confirmed between 30 mins - 4 hours.  You will receive an email or text confirmation showing the details of your oder. 

Order Processing. Once order is confirmed, please allow 2-3 days for it
to be processed. 

Dispatch Notification.  Once shipment has been booked you will be contacted via email or text by our courier partner.

Delivery Time. Nation wide delivery (within Nigeria) is expected on or before 14 - 21 working days. While International delivery is expected on or before 21 - 30 working days. Your estimated delivery time will be concluded at checkout when you tell us your preferred delivery location. This means that your order can come in even before estimated time is up. 

Taxes & Duties. Depending on you delivery location, custom duties or charges may be imposed by the importing country. Please note, Neemjah is not responsible for these charges.  

 

Return Policy

When you shop at neemjah.com, we ensure that you have all the information you need to make the right choice. Once you receive our items, we also hope that you find it irresistible, just as we have designed every product to be. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order ? Please find below our return policy guide. 

 

  • No Cash Refunds. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds because each item is produced on your order & not on mass production basis. 

  • Currently we will only accept nationwide EXCHANGES on valid reasons.  The cost of exchanging a product will be borne by the customer.

 

Exchange Policy

  • For Exchanges to be accepted and valid, you must inform us   within 24 hours of receiving the product and after exchange is confirmed items must be sent back to our warehouse within 3days 
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Products must have all original Neemjah tags / accessories still attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, panties and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers own cost.
  • All products purchased on sale are not valid for Exchange.
